330e Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the 330e platform. By registering or using any service on this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out herein.


Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you ("user") and 330e ("platform", "us"). This document takes effect as soon as you access or register an account on the 330e website or app.

Your continued use of this platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact us to close your account if applicable.

The 330e platform is strictly for individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in Malaysia — 18 years and above. Registration by minors is prohibited, and any such accounts will be closed without notice upon detection.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at 330e. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid bank details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of any winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The confidentiality of your account password and login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensure that no other party accesses your account without authorisation
  • Notify the 330e support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access

330e is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their own login credentials.

Platform Usage Rules

All users of the 330e platform are required to comply with the following rules at all times:

  • Not use any automated software, bots, or scripts to access, scrape data from, or manipulate any functions of the platform
  • Not attempt to bypass the platform's security systems, encryption, or access controls
  • Not engage in any form of fraud, collusion, or match manipulation
  • Not use the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
  • Not to distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
  • Not abuse promotions or bonuses in a manner contrary to the original intent of the offer

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of credit balances and winnings, and potential legal action where applicable.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 330e platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX (online bank transfer) and TNG eWallet. The list of available payment methods is subject to change and will be updated on the platform's deposit page.

The payment terms are as follows:

  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed during the deposit process
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the 330e account holder — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted
  • Before the first withdrawal is processed, users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid proof of identity
  • Withdrawal processing times depend on the method chosen and may range from a few minutes to three business days
  • 330e reserves the right to delay or freeze withdrawals for the purposes of fraud investigation or regulatory compliance
  • Any bonus credits are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements stated in the respective promotion terms before a withdrawal can be made

Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

330e shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or data-related losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, third-party technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the total amount deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 330e platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 330e or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from us.

The 330e platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to external sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

330e reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that a user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false information during registration. In the event of a suspension, any verified legitimate funds in the user's account will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to the relevant conditions.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 330e support team. Any outstanding bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Changes to Terms

330e reserves the right to modify, update, or amend any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as the updated version is published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 330e platform shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
